1. General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to Hydra Gameshop. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Hydra Gameshop if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Purchases and Digital Deliveries

Our website facilitates the purchase of digital gaming assets and in-game top-ups.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Player IDs and account tags provided to us.
  • Hydra Gameshop will not be held liable for any top-ups delivered to an incorrect Player ID due to a typo or mistake made by the user.
  • Delivery times vary from instantaneous to a maximum defined duration as shown on the product page.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Considering the nature of the digital goods offered (in-game diamonds, passes, UC, etc.), all transactions are final once successfully processed and delivered.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on successfully delivered digital products to the ID provided.
  • If an order completely fails due to server outages or technical difficulties on our end or our provider's end, and the items are not delivered to the provided Player ID, the amount will be refunded to your Hydra Gameshop secure wallet.
  • In the event of an account ban by the game publisher, Hydra Gameshop will not provide refunds as we act strictly as a delivery agent for legitimate top-ups out of your liability domain once you enter your Player ID.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, such as VIP tracking and saving profiles, you must create a user profile. It is your responsibility to keep your login information secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any liability that appears on your website or game account. We assume no responsibility or liability for game server outages, loss of game data, account bans, or in-game economy inflations that directly affect the goods bought. Our responsibility ceases immediately upon the successful transfer and crediting of the digital goods by the official game server API.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
