1. Your Right to Data Deletion
At Hydra Gameshop, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
This page explains what data we store, how to request its deletion, and what happens after your request is processed.
2. What Data We Store
When you create an account or make a purchase on Hydra Gameshop, we may store the following information:
- Account information — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number
- Order history — products purchased, Player IDs used, transaction details, payment method used
- Wallet data — balance and transaction history
- Login credentials — encrypted password (we never store plain-text passwords)
- Usage data — IP address, browser type, and device information for security purposes
3. How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name (as registered on your account)
- Your phone/WhatsApp number (for identity verification)
- Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp using the support button on our website.
4. What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your data deletion request, the following will be permanently removed:
- ✅Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- ✅Your login credentials
- ✅Your Hydra Wallet balance and transaction history
- ✅Your saved preferences and settings
5. What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, financial, or security purposes:
- ⚠️Order records — we are legally required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes for up to 6 years.
- ⚠️Fraud prevention data — anonymized records may be kept to prevent abuse and fraudulent activity.
- ⚠️Legal obligations — data may be retained if required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
6. Processing Time
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
7. Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- Any remaining Hydra Wallet balance will be forfeited. Please use or withdraw your balance before requesting deletion.
- If you have pending orders, please wait for them to be completed before submitting a deletion request.
- After deletion, you are free to create a new account at any time.
