Please be aware that our products are digital gift card codes that, once bought and delivered, cannot be returned, nor refunded. So please make sure to select the right product, with the right country code and/or in the right currency before you purchase it, as we cannot take products back, nor refund or exchange products that have already been paid and delivered. The reason for this is that we have no guarantee that a code, which is immediately delivered after the purchase, is still unused. Thank you for your understanding!

We do however give a warranty on the redeemability of the digital codes we deliver. In case the delivered code is not working, we will do everything to help you solve that problem. Our customer service can be reached either through mail to our support team or through the chat on our website.

Refund and Order agreements

However, In some cases, if the customer wants to refund, Stock is not available or if We cannot deliver the product within 24 hours, We will approve the Refund. The gateway fee will be deducted and only the amount will be refunded. Our agents have all the rights to take a 15% fee for any issued refund on

Any products and issues should be concerned and managed as per descriptions for the product. Anything out of the flow could be a concern and collectible via the service charge.

If something goes wrong such as Wrong/Invalid ID and password, IGN we have the rights to collect the real one in order to process your failed order. However you should have pay the cost for fault.

We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND OR RETURN for DUPLICATES ORDERS. THIS DECISION IS FINAL and future proof. However If the situation looks convenience we can change decisions upon DELIVERY TEAM’s finalization.
